Welcome to DFWITJOBS.com ("DFWITJOBS", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using DFWITJOBS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
DFWITJOBS operates an online job board that connects employers who post job listings with job seekers who create profiles and apply for jobs. We may add, alter, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
To use DFWITJOBS you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering you represent and warrant that the information you provide is true and accurate.
Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid features and job-posting fees (if any) are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. All prices and fees will be presented before you complete a purchase. Refunds, if any, are made at our sole discretion or as required by law.
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., job descriptions, resumes, profile information). By posting content, you grant DFWITJOBS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, and display that content in order to provide the service.
You must not post content that is illegal, infringing, discriminatory, false, or abusive. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
We store user data on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems. Backup archives may be retained for up to 12 months for audit, security, and compliance purposes and will be permanently deleted thereafter.
All content, graphics, logos, and software on DFWITJOBS are owned or licensed by Ctekk Solutions Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
DFWITJOBS provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee job matches, candidate suitability, or uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers, job seekers, or third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ctekk Solutions Inc., its officers, agents, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ctekk Solutions Inc. and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may remove your content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
